I’m a recent graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where I received a pastry diploma. I also did a three month internship at the Hotel de Crillon while in Paris. I currently live and work in New York City. I just finished a year as a pastry cook at a three-star restaurant in midtown Manhattan. Prior to my pastry career, I worked in advertising and publishing.
