I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where I received a pastry diploma in March, 2007. I also did a three month internship at the Hotel de Crillon while in Paris (and where I took the photo above). It was an amazing experience. I currently live and work in New York City and just finished a year as a pastry cook at a three-star restaurant in midtown Manhattan.
